theres been way more then ENOUGH spamming and cussing on server who agrees this needs to stop!

Yes, we will be. In time.
I know there has been way too much spamming & as a result, im going to do the following:
1: The ::yell command will now only be for Staff members. (Temporary).
2: Im going to be looking for 1 admin.
3: Im going to be looking for a number of moderators.
